Recorded and edited from mid 2019 to mid 2020, these pieces are experiments focused around sound design, texture and mood via patient and slowly emerging tonal drones that are set against modulations involving chaos and restless, changing signals. My intention when writing these pieces was primarily to experiment but also to design pieces that were both extremely detailed when engaged with and analysed actively but also, perhaps when listened to more passively and without as much attention, still remain moving without being distracting or intrusive. I hope this music can be enjoyed in both ways, depending on how the listener chooses to engage with it (there is no right way to listen to it, apart from my one suggestion which would be headphones or a speaker system with a fairly responsive frequency range)
